Overview
I built a full-stack beverage ordering and tracking system for Venture Cafe Tokyo events. The system helped attendees register, receive a QR code, and check in at the bar while giving staff real-time visibility into beverage consumption.
My Role
I implemented the attendee registration frontend, bar check-in interface, backend API, database model, and staff-facing consumption dashboard.

Technical Highlights
The system used React and JavaScript on the frontend, Node.js and GraphQL on the backend, and MongoDB with Mongoose for persistence. The main challenge was connecting attendee identity, QR check-in, and staff operations into one smooth event workflow.
Outcome
The project improved event operations by replacing manual beverage tracking with a structured digital process for both attendees and staff.
