Every figure here is worked out exactly over the 216 equally likely ways three dice can fall, and checked by adding them all up.
The paytable is one a real casino uses: the Atlantic City table, as the Wizard of Odds lists it. Every area brings back less than the medals put on it, as at a real table.
How a roll is drawn
- Three random numbers are drawn the moment SHAKE is pressed, one for each die, in order.
- Each die shows any of its six numbers as likely as any other, so the 216 ways three dice can fall are all equally likely.
- The dome shows the roll that was drawn: the dice are shaken by a small physics model that comes to rest on those three numbers.
Every area

| A double | 10:1 | 16 | 22/2781.48% | 18.52% | 2.88 |
| A combination | 5:1 | 30 | 5/683.33% | 16.67% | 2.07 |
| A single number | 1:1–3:1 | 91 | 199/21692.13% | 7.87% | 1.11 |
A single number: on one die in 75 of the 216 rolls (1:1), on two in 15 (2:1), on all three in 1 (3:1). It brings back 199/216.
σ: how far what one medal brings back spreads round its average on a roll. Small and Big are steady; a triple swings, and takes far more rolls to settle near its return.
Where the paytable comes from
The Wizard of Odds lists the Sic Bo paytables of Macau, Atlantic City and Australia, with each bet’s house edge. This table uses Atlantic City’s, figure for figure.
Macau’s pays less on several bets: a total of 5 or 16 pays 18 to 1 there (the house keeps 47.2%), a triple 150 to 1, any triple 24 to 1 and a double 8 to 1.

FLOOR JACKPOT
+ 1% of every medal played goes to the floor jackpot: the site adds 1 medal for every 100 you play, on top of what you play. Nothing is taken out of it, so this machine’s own return is exactly as shown.
Each medal played is also a 1 in 150,000 chance to win the whole pool, which starts again at 1,000 medals once it is won. In the long run it brings back 1.67 medals for every 100 played, but only in the long run: most players never win it.
It is for players who are signed in and have joined the floor, on the first 20,000 medals each plays in a day (Japan time) at the linked machines, with one floor jackpot a day at most.
Like the rankings, the floor jackpot is for fun. The medals played that feed it are what players’ browsers report: the site checks each report against what that machine allows, but it cannot prove it. The draw itself is made on the site’s server, never in a browser.
