A horse-racing medal machine: six horses on a miniature track. Buy win and quinella tickets with your medals, press START, and watch them run.
Each race’s result shows here: the first two, the margin, and what your tickets brought back.
Medals are for playing the games on this site only. They are not money: they cannot be bought, cashed out or exchanged for anything.
These are your medals from the Medal Game Center: every game there plays with the same ones, and they are reset only there. Go to the Medal Game Center

The likeliest first two: ⑥Blossom March then ⑤Velvet Comet, 17.49% of races.
The odds go up first, from the horses’ form: whole numbers, as on the classic horse-racing medal machines, from 2× up to 99× for a win and 999× for a quinella.
Each ticket’s chance then follows from its odds: R ÷ the odds, where R is 1 ÷ (the sum of 1 ÷ every odds of its kind). So every ticket of a kind brings back exactly R, and the chances add up to one.
The odds are chosen so that R is at most 90.0% and at least 89.5% on both kinds of ticket, in every race.
The result is drawn as betting closes: the first two together, from the chance of every pair in order (each pair’s chance shared between its horses so that each wins exactly as often as its win odds say), then third to sixth from the horses left, in proportion to their win chances. Only then is the race run, to that result.
These figures are worked out with exact fractions. The site’s tests add up all 720 ways a race can finish and find every ticket’s return exactly R.
Run 20,000 races of this card, with one medal on every ticket of each kind, and see what comes back.
+ 1% of every medal played goes to the floor jackpot: the site adds 1 medal for every 100 you play, on top of what you play. Nothing is taken out of it, so this machine’s own return is exactly as shown.
Each medal played is also a 1 in 150,000 chance to win the whole pool, which starts again at 1,000 medals once it is won. In the long run it brings back 1.67 medals for every 100 played, but only in the long run: most players never win it.
It is for players who are signed in and have joined the floor, on the first 20,000 medals each plays in a day (Japan time) at the linked machines, with one floor jackpot a day at most.
Like the rankings, the floor jackpot is for fun. The medals played that feed it are what players’ browsers report: the site checks each report against what that machine allows, but it cannot prove it. The draw itself is made on the site’s server, never in a browser.
